Our Properties
Beach House – 12100 Gulf Boulevard
This is our newly renovated building, located on the west side of Gulf Boulevard less than 500 feet from the Gulf of Mexico. All guest rooms were completely remodeled at the beginning of 2010 with new windows, doors, ceramic tile floors, cabinets, bathroom fixtures, and tiled walk-in showers.
These units feature a flat screen television, sofa bed which sleeps two, small dining table and chairs, small refrigerator, microwave, kitchen sink, and coffee maker. Seven of the guest units feature a separate bedroom with a queen bed and second television. An eighth unit is a single room efficiency with most of the same furnishings. Our rental office is located in this building.
East Building – 12035 Gulf Boulevard
Our lowest priced rooms are located in this building on the east side of Gulf Boulevard. Here you can experience Old Florida rooms at Old Florida prices. We keep these rooms clean, 
but the bathrooms date to the 1960s and the appliances are only slightly younger.
We have a mix of efficiency and one bedroom units in this building. If you coming to Treasure Island to spend time on the beach and want to save your money for fun, food, and drink rather than a room, you can save big staying here. The picture on the right is Room 10, a one bedroom unit with full size kitchen.
West Buildings – 12200 – 12204 Gulf Boulevard
We have 13 rooms of varying size at 12200 - 04 Gulf Boulevard on the beach side of Treasure Island. Most of these rooms feature separate bedrooms and full kitchens. These are our most spacious units, well suited for a weekly or longer stay.
The interior quality of the units falls between the newly remodeled units at the Beach House and the older and more dated units in the East Building. The bathrooms are in good condition. As you can see from the photo at the right, the kitchens and furniture are in fair condition. The beach is about 500 feet to the west of the above building via a boardwalk.
Houses – 12121 Sunshine Lane and 107 121st Avenue East
We have one house on the beach side and one house on the bayside of Treasure Island. This is a picture of the exterior of the beach side house at 12121 Sunshine Lane. The house has three bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, and dining room. There is a deck on the back side of the house.
The house is located about 50 feet from a boardwalk that connects to Sunshine Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. There is not a water view due to a large condominium building separating the house and the beach. The house at 107 121st Avenue East is located across Gulf Boulevard on the bayside of Treasure Island. The house has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen with an adjacent dining area, and a living room.
